G&S Engineering Services is a successful and fast growing asset management business which provides a wide range of engineering, construction and maintenance services to the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors across Australia.
In 2010, following a sustained period of strong growth, G&S realised that it needed a range of additional skills at the Executive level, in order to successfully lead the larger and more complex organisation into the future. G&S appreciated the challenges of attracting the high caliber of Executive skills it required to its regional Queensland location and enlisted the assistance of The Brooklyn Group for this range of assignments.
